What do to:
- For postal enquires please fill in the form with your details and the make, model and requirement of your watch, before shipping the watch. Expect a response within 2 working days.

After contact, please notify us of the tracking number of parcel. Alternatively, you can drop off the the watch instore.
- An inspection of the watch is needed to ascertain the watch requirements, and if, on occasion, the watch may need additional parts.

Before any work proceeds an estimate of costs is given via email or WhatsApp. The normal time frame is within 10 working days.
- The client will be expected to confirm the works proceeding via return text message.
- The watch is scheduled for repair or service.
