Watch Service Enquiry

 What do to:

  • For postal enquires please fill in the form with your details and the make, model and requirement of your watch, before shipping the watch. Expect a response within 2 working days.
  • After contact, please notify us of the tracking number of parcel. Alternatively, you can drop off the the watch instore.

  • An inspection of the watch is needed to ascertain the watch requirements, and if, on occasion, the watch may need additional parts.
  • Before any work proceeds an estimate of costs is given via email or WhatsApp. The normal time frame is within 10 working days. 

  • The client will be expected to confirm the works proceeding via return text message.
  • The watch is scheduled for repair or service.
